Job Description:

Directly reported to Accounts Manager.

Related to shops:

  1. Take sales reports from shops daily.
  2. Follow with shops for sales collections.
  3. Enter sales, cash collections, and expenses of shops in software.
  4. Maintain sales reports hard copy file as a record of the head office.
  5. Analyze sales prices, discounts, gross margin of shops.
  6. Provide shops related reports to shop manager for proper monitoring of shops.
  7. Coordinate with shops and provide management reports as required.
  8. Monthly close the sales, expenses, cash receipts, and advances.
  9. Provide a final report to management for the preparation of Profit and Loss Account.
  10. Receive cash from shops.
  11. Receive sales collections from shops.
  12. Check invoice numbers properly at the end of the month of all shops.
  13. Any other work within the scope defined above.
  14. Make salaries & commission of employees including shop managers & salesmen as per company policy.
  15. Maintain files of shops in physical form.

Related to banks:

  1. Manage all cash deposits to bank accounts from shops.
  2. Directly reported to the owner in all cash & bank matters.
Job Specification:

Maintaining Excel sheet.
Knowledge of account entries.
Have minimum 1 year experience of using ERP software.
