Overview:

Napollo Software Design is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges following company procedures.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a tech or software company.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Graduate Degree in relevant field.
