We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for a leading Medical firm that shapes future Doctors with Knowledge, Practice, and Guidance.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager - Creative Director to lead the strategy, execution, and creative direction of our digital marketing efforts. This role focuses on designing and optimizing paid campaigns, including Google Ads and social media platforms, with an emphasis on creativity and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive measurable results in the EdTech space.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to EdTech audiences.
  2. Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting) to achieve performance goals.
  3. Lead creative direction for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and user needs.
  4. Analyze market trends, conduct audience research, and create targeted, compelling content.
  5. Own end-to-end paid social and SEM campaigns, including budgeting and performance reporting.
  6. Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to strategize and deliver cohesive, optimized YouTube content for improved reach and engagement.
  7. Manage email marketing campaigns, measuring performance and adjusting strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  8. Mentor team members and provide leadership to enhance team performance and innovation.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
  2. 2-3 years of proven success in performance-driven digital marketing campaigns.
  3. Expertise in D2C marketing with a strong grasp of acquisition strategies and customer funnel optimization.
  4. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.
  6. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing marketing workflows.
  7. Background in EdTech or familiarity with educational platforms is a plus.
