Responsibilities

Build and deploy a clinical decision model and a patient avatar AI system that personalizes care. You will translate clinical guidelines into safe, explainable ML systems, collaborating with physicians and engineers to ship reliable, monitored models to production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, train, and deploy a clinical decision model supporting safe, auditable recommendations.
  • Build a patient avatar AI that aggregates longitudinal signals to personalize triage and education.
  • Develop data pipelines, labeling strategies, and evaluation harnesses (safety, bias, drift, calibration).
  • Integrate retrieval (RAG), prompt orchestration, and guardrails suitable for clinical contexts.
  • Collaborate with physicians to encode pathways and define explainability requirements.
  • Productionize models with monitoring, versioning, and rollback; instrument offline/online metrics.
  • Create documentation, model cards, and support privacy/security reviews.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in ML/AI engineering; shipped models to production (NLP/LLM experience preferred).
  • Strong Python; experience with PyTorch/TF, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Comfort with evaluation frameworks, prompt optimization, and safety/guardrail techniques.
  • Understanding of healthcare data privacy and working with clinical SMEs and annotated datasets.
  • Bonus: familiarity with clinical ontologies, triage pathways, risk scoring, or medical device standa
