Position: Experienced and Nurturing Daycare Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated professional to create a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for young children. If you have a passion for children and a drive to make a difference, this opportunity is for you.

  • Design and implement age-appropriate, Montessori-aligned activities that promote holistic development
  • Foster a warm, inclusive, and responsive learning environment
  • Ensure children's health, safety, and emotional well-being at all times
  • Maintain strong, professional communication with parents and colleagues
  • Observe and document child development and share insights with families
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain Red Maple's educational standards
  • Assist with daily routines including meals, hygiene, and rest periods
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a professional daycare, nursery, or early childhood setting
  • Knowledge of Montessori philosophy and early childhood development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
  • Compassionate, energetic, and patient demeanor
