Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Poultry Farm Manager located in Islamabad, Sargodha, Pindi Ghaib (Attock). The Poultry Farm Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, monitor bird health, and ensure optimal egg production. Responsibilities include implementing biosecurity measures, ventilation, maintaining records, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in poultry farm management and bird health monitoring
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Knowledge of biosecurity measures and compliance with environmental standards
  • Record-keeping and supplier coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Islamabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Poultry Science, Veterinary Science, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in sustainable farming practices is a plus
