Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Learning & Development: Engage in continuous learning to understand ERP systems and their applications.
  • Support Implementation: Assist in the implementation of ERP systems under the guidance of senior consultants.
  • Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • System Configuration: Learn to master ERP modules to meet business needs.
  • Training & Support: Support end-users by providing training and assistance.
  • Demo Presentations: Develop skills to create and deliver presentations and demos to potential clients.
  • Documentation: Assist in creating user manuals, training materials, and process documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Learning Ability: Quick learner with a keen interest in ERP systems and business processes.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus but not required.
