Job Specification:

Customer Service:

  1. Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products.
  2. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on vaping devices, e-liquids, and accessories.
  3. Answer customer inquiries about product features, pricing, and compatibility.

Sales:

  1. Drive sales by actively promoting store products and ongoing promotions.
  2. Process transactions accurately using the store's point-of-sale (POS) system.

Inventory Management:

  1. Restock shelves and displays to ensure a well-organized and appealing store.
  2. Assist with regular inventory checks and report low-stock items to the manager.

Compliance and Safety:

  1. Verify the age of customers to ensure legal compliance for the sale of vaping products.
  2. Educate customers on safe vaping practices and proper product usage.

Store Maintenance:

  1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  2. Set up product displays to enhance the store's aesthetic and marketing efforts.
