Job Description
Role: To develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Create engaging social media content (e.g., text posts, images, videos).
- Monitor and respond to social media mentions and messages.
- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant metrics.
- Run social media advertising campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and innovative with a passion for social media.
- Experience with social media analytics, scheduling, AI tools.
