As part of this journey, we're looking for a Web Developer who can take charge of development projects, guide a team, and bring creative solutions to life.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead full-cycle web development projects, from planning to launch
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality through regular reviews
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring Figma designs into functioning websites
  • Write robust, maintainable code using modern tech stacks (MERN, Laravel, PHP, Next.js)
  • Troubleshoot issues and propose clean, scalable solutions
  • Suggest tech improvements and explore better ways to build
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure timely project delivery

What We're Looking For
  • 2 to 3 years of solid hands-on experience in web development
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
  • Expertise in at least a few of these: ReactJS, Node.js, Laravel, PHP, Next.js
  • Experience working with REST APIs, Git, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase
  • Ability to convert Figma designs into fully functional features
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Good communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in team leading or mentoring is a big plus
