Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Book Editor located in Karachi Division. The Book Editor will be responsible for evaluating and editing manuscripts, ensuring the text is clear, engaging, and free of errors. Daily tasks include proofreading, text editing, and collaborating with authors to improve their writing while maintaining the integrity of their voice. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

  • Proficiency in proofreading and text editing
  • Attention to detail and the ability to ensure content quality and accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Literature, Journalism, or a related field
  • Previous experience in book editing or publishing is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Karachi Division
