Location: Bahria Town Phase 3, Islamabad (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: PKR 80,000 – PKR 100,000 (Based on skills & experience)

CALLSTONES, a rapidly growing BPO and marketing solutions company, is actively seeking a high-level SEO Expert to join our team. We serve international clients across the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia, and we're looking for someone who's not just experienced — but an expert in their field.

This is not an entry-level role. We are hiring someone who lives and breathes SEO, with a deep command over technical SEO, on-page/off-page optimization, and has the confidence to handle international client meetings directly.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute high-level SEO strategies for global clients

Implement and monitor on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve search rankings

Use and manage advanced SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, MOZ, etc.)

Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and structured data for maximum search performance

Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis

Track performance, generate reports, and suggest actionable improvements

Attend client meetings and confidently present SEO strategies and progress

Collaborate with content, development, and design teams for seamless implementation of SEO best practices

Minimum 5 years of professional SEO experience (agency or international client experience preferred)

Proven expertise in technical SEO

Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, indexing, and ranking strategies

Ability to audit websites from both a user and search engine perspective

Excellent written and spoken English – must be able to attend and lead client meetings

Up-to-date with the latest SEO, Google algorithm changes, and digital trends

Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines
