We are looking for a skilled and experienced Real Estate Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry and be responsible for managing property transactions, facilitating negotiations, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. The Real Estate Officer will work closely with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient property transactions.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Oversee the buying, selling, and leasing of properties for clients.
  • Conduct property evaluations and provide detailed market analysis.
  • Negotiate terms of contracts and agreements between buyers, sellers, and tenants.
  • Ensure all transactions are compliant with local laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and review property documentation, including agreements, deeds, and contracts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Manage property listings and promote properties through various marketing channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and brokers.
  • Assist clients with securing financing options and recommend solutions based on their needs.
  • Guide clients through the entire property transaction process, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Monitor and ensure timely property handovers, lease renewals, and maintenance requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, practices, and market trends.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess property values and provide accurate market assessments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate management software.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple transactions at once.
