Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Data and Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will analyse marketing data, uncover insights, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth. You will work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimise strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyse large sets of marketing data to generate actionable insights.
  2. Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  3. Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  4. Work closely with the marketing team to optimise strategies based on data insights.
  5. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key marketing metrics.
  6. Identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 8-10 years of experience in marketing data analysis.
  2. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).
  3. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  4. Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and campaign performance analysis.
  5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  6. Knowledge of marketing trends and best practices.
