Job Identification

We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our HR Team in Lahore.

What We Expect
  • Lead assessments of capability needs to identify employee development gaps.
  • Develop and execute an annual capability plan in collaboration with Group L&D and HRBPs to enhance leadership skills.
  • Design targeted training interventions based on the 70-20-10 framework, utilizing technology and modern training methods.
  • Manage core L&D programs at a national level with a focus on training impact.
  • Monitor and report on training budget utilization to ensure value addition.
