Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of Fitwell Hub's facilities and services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
  3. Oversee and manage facility operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to ensure targets are met.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of operational activities.
  6. Identify and address operational issues and challenges, implementing solutions to improve performance.
  7. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective services and supplies.
  8. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
  9. Prepare and present reports on operational performance and initiatives to senior management.
  10. Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  1. 5 years of professional experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  2. Proven track record of managing and optimizing operational processes and teams.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with operations management software.
  6. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices is a plus.
  7. Relevant certifications in operations management or healthcare management are a plus.
