Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Digital Marketing & Technology Solutions Specialist to lead and manage end-to-end digital projects. This role involves ownership of initiatives spanning website development, mobile application planning, SEO strategy, CRM integration, and digital marketing execution. The ideal candidate will blend creative insight with technical expertise to deliver seamless digital experiences and measurable results for our clients.

Experience in a similar role in Real Estate industry is strongly preferred (NOT MUST)

Key Responsibilities

Website Design & Development

• Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress, Elementor, and other CMS platforms, including custom-coded solutions.
• Optimize websites for user experience across both desktop and mobile environments.
• Ensure optimal site performance, security, scalability, and responsiveness.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical site audits.
• Implement and monitor technical SEO strategies to enhance search visibility and rankings.
• Analyze and report organic traffic metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.

Digital Marketing

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and PPC platforms.
• Write and optimize copy for ads, landing pages, funnels, and marketing content.
• Track campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.

Mobile Application Development

• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and develop mobile applications (iOS & Android).
• Participate in feature development, user testing, and troubleshooting across mobile platforms.
• Assist in the delivery of app updates and ongoing functionality improvements.

CRM & Marketing Automation (Thrive CRM)

• Configure and manage CRM workflows, pipelines, forms, and automation sequences within Thrive CRM.
• Support onboarding, training, and troubleshooting for client CRM environments.
• Maintain clean data sets and ensure system performance and usability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in web development, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in WordPress, Elementor, HTML/CSS, and foundational knowledge of JavaScript/PHP.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and associated tools.
• Experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Exposure to mobile app frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or similar is a plus.
• Proficient in using Thrive CRM or comparable platforms (e.g., Go High Level, HubSpot).
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable Skills

• Graphic design capabilities (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Figma).
• Video editing and animation knowledge.
• Experience working with API integrations and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.).

Technical Competencies

Website Development

• Proficient in WordPress, including advanced use of Elementor, Divi, and custom theme development
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic to intermediate level)
• Basic proficiency in PHP
• Strong grasp of responsive design and mobile-first development principles

Mobile Application Development (Preferred but not essential)

• Familiarity with frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or equivalent
• Basic understanding of the iOS and Android app publishing lifecycle
• Experience with API integration and testing

CRM & Marketing Automation

• Hands-on experience with Thrive CRM, Go High Level, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Skilled in configuring forms, pipelines, automated workflows, and trigger-based actions
• Experience in CRM onboarding, user support, and system troubleshooting
• Ability to design and manage lead pipelines and customer journey workflows

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Proficient in on-page SEO, including meta tag structuring, schema implementation, heading hierarchy, and content optimization
• Understanding of technical SEO principles: site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, and indexation
• Competent in keyword research using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest
• Experienced with Google Search Console and Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting

Digital Marketing

• Experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Familiar with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar
• Skilled in creating landing pages and conversion funnels
• Ability to implement analytics, conversion tracking, and performance optimization strategies

Analytical & Strategic Marketing Skills

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager
• Skilled in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and ROI evaluation
• Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, behavior targeting, and remarketing
• Competent in copywriting and content editing for digital platforms
