• Prepare technical architecture infrastructure design, form content strategy, set up digital marketing suite, help clients with marketing channels, and monitor the client communication team.
• Conduct sprint planning, project planning, production maintenance, and performance tuning.
• Create industry-specific digital architecture with roles involving analysis, design, development, administration, and integration of distributed architecture applications in web-based internet/intranet, client-server.
• Develop features such as multisite and multichannel delivery, content syndication, multilingual support, automated workflow management, social media integration, etc.
• Set up project review processes and recommend migration approaches.
• Define and implement key technical constructs of the program.
• Interact with clients to create specifications and solution architecture for content collaboration solutions.
• Provide guidance to senior developers and architects for design and implementation.
• Establish best practices for performance, security, and scalability of digital platforms.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Coordinate with internal and vendor development teams.
• Review technical competency of team members and provide feedback.
• Get involved in critical technical issues as needed.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight on implementation.
• Assess and recommend changes to system and application processes related to the Commerce platform.
• Ensure high-quality application delivery through design, coding standards, and development processes.
• Develop cost-effective technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Design solution architecture for enterprise applications in Commerce, Catalog, and Content Management Systems.
• Deliver complex end-to-end e-commerce solutions for B2B or B2C.

• Minimum 8 years in e-commerce, with experience in solutioning and delivering B2B and B2C.
• At least 5 years of experience with Commercetools or similar API-based MACH platforms.
• Strong experience with AWS or other cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills for managing senior client stakeholders.
• Experience managing technical teams across multiple geographical locations.
