A leading US-based web solutions company is hiring a Frontend Lead (Vue.js) for its Karachi office.

We are looking for a visionary and technically strong Frontend Lead (Vue.js) who can drive frontend excellence, lead a passionate team, and deliver pixel-perfect interfaces for high-performance web applications. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves solving frontend challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the frontend team with a hands-on approach to development, architecture, and design.
  2. Drive the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable front-end solutions using Vue.js.
  3. Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to implement features.
  4. Optimize UI for speed, performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
  5. Maintain a reusable component library and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  6. Conduct regular code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level frontend developers.
  7. Ensure seamless integration of APIs and third-party services.
  8. Translate UX/UI designs into production-ready code with attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of frontend development experience, including at least 3 years with Vue.js.
  2. Strong understanding of Vue 3, Vuex/Pinia, Composition API, and Vue CLI/Vite.
  3. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript (ES6+), and component-based architecture.
  4. Experience with REST APIs, state management, and frontend testing frameworks.
  5. Familiarity with build tools, Git, CI/CD, and cross-browser compatibility.
  6. Strong UI/UX sense with the ability to work closely with design systems.
  7. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience with Nuxt.js, TailwindCSS, and frontend performance optimization.
  2. Background in fintech, data visualization, or stock trading platforms.
  3. Exposure to agile methodologies and SCRUM practices.
