Assistant Director ORIC

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Director ORIC (Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization). The Assistant Director will oversee the management and coordination of research activities, develop and implement research strategies, collaborate with internal and external partners, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include fostering innovation, seeking funding opportunities, and coordinating research projects and commercialization efforts. This is an on-site role located in Swabi.

• Strong understanding of research methodologies, research management, and compliance
• Experience with innovation and commercialization processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaboration and networking skills with both internal teams and external partners
• Proficiency in seeking and managing funding and grants
• Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
• Experience in a similar role within an academic or research institution is a plus
