Role Overview

We are hiring 2 experienced Sales Executives to strengthen our B2B sales team. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in the plastic products industry or corporate industrial sales. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to generate new business, and a proven sales record.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities in industrial sectors.
  • Pitch plastic products like crates, pallets, drums, and jerry cans to corporate clients.
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Report market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the plastic industry or corporate industrial sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Own transport is a plus.
