We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven account executive with excellent cold calling skills, social media content and marketing strategy to join our team at Topfinalyst Consulting.
As an account executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting, educating, and selling our all-in-one booking and business management software to event vendors across the United States. Your primary responsibility will be to make cold calls, introduce our software, highlight its capabilities, and convince potential clients to sign up for our services. In addition, you will be posting content on social media platforms exposing values to our prospect users.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to event vendors in the United States.
- Introduce our software and its all-in-one capabilities to potential clients.
- Articulate the benefits and features of our software, emphasizing its ability to streamline business operations, save time, and reduce costs.
- Educate potential clients about the importance of using a CRM system and highlight software's CRM capabilities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads by actively prospecting and qualifying potential clients.
- Effectively handle objections, address concerns, and convert prospects into customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, strategies, and success stories.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our software in the market.
- Brainstorm marketing strategies to increase leads and prospect users.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or software sales role.
- Ability to handle rejections and objections, think on your feet.
- Strong cold calling skills and experience in making outbound calls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Knowledge and experience in using CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence in pursuing sales opportunities.
