Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, focusing on Meta Ads & Media Buying.
  • Perform keyword research, conduct competitor analysis, website audits, and demonstrate proficiency in SEO tools.
  • Analyze campaign data to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, Meta Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing.
  • Develop strategies, create reports, proposals, and budgets for clients on OMNI channel Digital Marketing.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement and growth.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering continuous learning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; exceptional skills may relax this requirement.
  • 3-4 years of digital marketing experience, especially with Meta Ads.
  • Proven success in managing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Proficient in GA4, GTM, Pixel, and other tracking tools.
  • Knowledge in SEO, Email Marketing, Content Marketing preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in client communication and relationship management.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker, and problem solver.
  • E-commerce or agency experience is a plus.
Salary

BDT 35,000 – BDT 45,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule
  • 5 days a week (Fri-Sat weekends), 10 AM to 07 PM.
  • Occasional Saturday work may be required.
