Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Social Sciences/Gender Studies/Education/Economics
Experience: 3-5 years of teaching and training experience in functional literacy, numeracy, and primary schooling. Proven ability in designing and implementing educational programs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating educational outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Support curriculum development and instructional strategies.
- Ensure alignment of instructional practices with TaRL methodologies.
- Provide academic guidance and support to teachers.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor and evaluate instructional practices.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Strong understanding of Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) methodologies.
- Excellent training, facilitation, and capacity-building skills.
- Proficiency in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
