Role Description

We're hiring a part-time and full time Administrative Assistant at Web Wiz Information Technology Services. This hybrid position is based in Islamabad, with flexibility for remote work.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will support scheduling, documentation, team coordination, meeting logistics, and serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document & Workflow Management: Organize and maintain files, reports, and other essential business documents.
  • Team Coordination: Monitor task progress, track milestones, and assist with team productivity reporting.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding processes.
  • Meeting Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings; prepare agendas and record follow-ups.
  • Operational Support: Serve as the point of contact for internal operations and ensure smooth daily functions.
  • Communication & Coordination: Facilitate timely information exchange between departments and external contacts.
  • Stakeholder Representation: Represent the leadership team in internal or external meetings when needed.
Qualifications
  • Administrative Assistance experience
  • Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
  • Excellent clerical and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work independently
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative or assistant role is a plus
