Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Assist the IT Audit manager in audit engagement planning activities for IT SOX Assessment.
  2. Lead a team of 2-3 IT auditors for executing tests of design and operating effectiveness.
  3. Monitor audit task assignments and drive completion.
  4. Lead conversations with stakeholders and auditees during process walkthroughs.
  5. Identify control gaps and accordingly provide recommendations in areas requiring improvement based on tests conducted.
  6. Conduct reviews of audit workpapers and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  7. Monitor status of audit documentation requests and perform timely escalations, as needed.
  8. Work closely with stakeholders to communicate audit status, follow-up requests and audit findings.
  9. Provide necessary support to external auditors.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
  2. 5+ years of strong experience in testing IT General Controls, preferably from Big4 account firms.
  3. Sound understanding of IT processes such as access management, change management, SDLC, Computer operations.
  4. Demonstrated technical knowledge of SAP security.
  5. Experience in auditing various infrastructure platforms such as Unix, Linux, Windows, SQL.
  6. Sound knowledge and understanding of audit methodologies and tools that support audit processes.
  7. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  8. Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  9. Works well in a team environment, fostering inclusion and building effective relationships with both team members and stakeholders.
  10. Desire to stay current on new and changing technologies.
  11. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, willing to be challenged.
  12. CISA, CISSP, CIA, CPA, or other technology driven certifications.
