- Responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation and SOPs for manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Conducting process assessments, identifying areas for improvement, implementing process modifications, and optimizing workflows to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitoring daily production reports and bringing continuous improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in process auto cad, 3D modeling and simulation software.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
