EMIS Coordinator

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering to join our team at Bahria Town School.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Automation of examination management information system tasks
2. Coordination of EMIS implementation among departments
3. Organizing and coordinating examinations under the direction of the immediate supervisor
4. Coordinating exam schedules with faculties and departments
5. Development and maintenance of question banks and presets as required by the examination management information system
6. Printing, storage, and delivery of examination papers at respective centers
7. Resolution of complex problems through thorough analysis and employment of strategies for resolution
8. Processing of results through EMIS
9. Utilization of various equipment such as computers, photocopiers, and other standard office equipment
10. Assistance in online examination conduction as per requirement

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in coordination and systems design (MIS/LMS)
• Effective interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and team-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in writing technical specification documents
• Maintenance of confidentiality regarding information processed, stored, or accessed by the systems
• Good working knowledge of computer applications and ability to learn new things quickly
• Ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with those of other backgrounds
