Overview

We are seeking a sharp, innovative, and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze market trends, evaluate investment opportunities, and contribute to data-backed strategic decisions using AI-driven analytics. You'll collaborate closely with our product and strategy teams to ensure our financial insights are accurate, forward-looking, and aligned with real-world market dynamics.

Responsibilities
  • Capital Markets – Macro & Market Understanding
    • Strong knowledge of global capital markets, including equities, crypto, ETFs, commodities, and currencies.
    • Understanding of monetary policies, inflation trends, interest rate shifts, and central bank strategies.
    • Familiarity with key macroeconomic indicators such as GDP, CPI, PMI, and unemployment reports.
    • Ability to interpret economic events, earnings announcements, and geopolitical developments.
    • Insight into market structure, liquidity, volatility, and investor psychology.
  • Stock Market Analysis – Technical, Fundamental & Sentiment
    • Technical: Skilled in Smart Money Concepts (SMC), ICT methodology, and price action analysis.
    • Proficient with leading/lagging indicators and their applications.
    • Ability to identify liquidity zones, order blocks, and structural market shifts.
    • Fundamental: Experience in company valuation methods (DCF, multiples, comparables).
    • Strong financial statement interpretation and ratio analysis (PE, ROE, EPS, etc.).
    • Sentiment: Ability to gauge market mood via news, analyst insights, and social media activity.
    • Understanding of institutional vs. retail positioning.
  • Crypto Market Expertise – Blockchain & On-Chain Analysis
    • Ability to evaluate token whitepapers for utility, tokenomics, and technology.
    • Experience tracking whale activity, wallet flows, and blockchain transaction volumes.
    • Understanding of DeFi protocols, staking systems, and smart contract risks.
    • Skilled in applying sentiment analysis from platforms like Twitter, Reddit, and fear/greed indexes.
    • Conducting fundamental crypto assessments: supply metrics, adoption, use cases, and development activity.
  • Financial & Accounting Analysis
    • Ability to break down profitability, growth, leverage, and efficiency metrics.
    • Strong grasp of accounting principles for individuals and SMEs.
    • Experience with FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Ability to connect accounting data to investment and financial strategies.
    • Familiarity with tax implications and cash flow management.
Qualifications
  • CFA designation (or working toward certification).
  • Hands-on experience in crypto trading or investing.
  • Proficiency with professional tools such as TradingView, Bloomberg, Barchart, blockchain analytics, or accounting platforms.
  • Background in research, portfolio management, or trade journaling.
