Job Overview:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of projects by assisting with planning, coordination, and monitoring activities. With 1 to 1.5 years of experience in project management, you will contribute to the successful delivery of projects by ensuring efficient communication, documentation, and resource management. This role provides an opportunity to develop and enhance project management expertise while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Support the project team in organizing and managing multiple projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth information flow.
Project Monitoring & Tracking: Track project progress, update timelines, and report deviations to ensure alignment with objectives.
Risk & Issue Management: Assist in identifying potential project risks and issues, escalating them when necessary, and supporting mitigation efforts.
Resource Management: Support in allocating resources efficiently to ensure project deliverables are met.
Process Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements in project workflows.
Project Planning Support: Assist in developing project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource allocation plans.
Adherence to Standards: Ensure projects comply with organizational policies, industry best practices, and governance frameworks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management,, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 1.5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
Certifications: CAPM or PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze project data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Organizational & Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
