MBA (Marketing) with 2 years experience, Graduation with 5 years experience.
To administer all the showroom matters regarding sales, recovery, service, spare parts, finance, and automobile booking.
REGULAR DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- To maintain showroom as per 5S Standards of company on a daily basis.
- Daily monitoring of Sales Executive Activities.
- Assign Target regarding Sales and Recovery on daily basis to Executives and strictly monitoring to achieve it.
- Daily checking of Hire Purchase Files of customers as per Company SOP and accord approval for the delivery of Motor cycle after assuring that all formalities have been completed as per SOP.
- Daily Checking of Outside collection Receipts of Sales Executives and make sure that all collection received from outside showroom should be submitted to showroom Accountant as per SOP.
- To monitor the Showroom Accountant activities and make sure all daily collection deposited in bank in time.
- To monitor the Service department/Parts department activities and settle the customer complaints accordingly.
- Registration of Hire Purchase Motorcycles from Excise department and prepare documents accordingly.
- Reporting Regional Office regarding Showroom activities on daily basis.
- Responsible to perform, supervise and coordinate automobile booking operations at Showroom.
- Handling of Customer complaints related to automobile booking in coordination with Regional Office.
- Showroom Manager is also responsible to ensure reporting of automobile booking to Regional Office.
- Record keeping of 2W and 4W (Motorcycle sales, after sale, accounts and automobile booking data) and disposal is also the responsibility of showroom manager as per SOP.
PERIODIC DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- To achieve sale, service, spare parts, and recovery targets set by management for specific period.
- To assist audit department for conducting surprise audits and fulfill their requirements.
