The Trade Marketing Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the on-time and in-full execution and activation of IMCs, channel initiatives, and brand launches at the national level, as well as analyzing and enhancing these activities across trade channels.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Support best-in-class execution by implementing effective vendor management strategies.
  2. Manage third-party vendors dedicated to POSM deployment and creative agencies according to the trade marketing business plan.
  3. Provide input to trade marketing teams at both territory and head office levels regarding tool usage, effectiveness, and costs based on vendor discussions and market intelligence.
  4. Explore new innovations in the POS domain by testing emerging concepts in relevant channels.
  5. Execute trade marketing activities at the territory level through effective utilization of trade marketing resources.
  6. Deliver OTIF (On Time In Full) for national brand launches as per category plans.
  7. Manage marketing asset inventory (excluding coolers, BIB, glass) at CCBPL warehouses, along with market assets including strategic POSM.
  8. Track DME specifications and effectiveness at head office and territories, with monthly reporting.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory systems of the company and collaborate cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders for execution across sales centers, finance, and marketing teams.
