We.R.Play is looking for an intelligent and highly motivated Senior Game Tester. The ideal candidate is a hardcore mobile gamer with a solid QA background who is capable of finding and accurately describing issues in an organized and clear fashion. Additionally, they should be a self-starter, able to work on their own initiative, and capable of leading a project.

Proficiency in the Arabic language is a must. RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Manual Black box testing of iOS / Android games.
  2. Critically analyze games through both user and developer perspectives.
  3. Find bugs, report issues, and verify new features on assigned games with limited supervision.
  4. Document bugs with clear and straightforward reproduction steps and identify similar problems to what is being tested.
  5. Issue identification outside of the normal test boundaries (testing outside the box).
  6. Maintain bugs in a database through their entire life cycle.
  7. Work closely with other teams.
  8. Own all or part of the testing effort on multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Compose daily and weekly reports to the team manager and point of contact.
  10. Review feature lists and creative documentation to track the quality of tools and processes during QA testing.
  11. Work together with the team leads and the team to improve the quality of all deliverables.
  12. Give suggestions and feedback on we.R.play games.
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Passion for games & testing.
  2. Solid grasp of QA cycle and processes.
  3. Understanding of black box testing of games.
  4. Able to follow directions.
  5. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
  6. Attention to detail.
  7. Good analytical skills.
  8. Enjoy diverse project types.
  9. Ability to communicate tactfully with other members of the team.
  10. Ability to play games or test software for long periods.
  11. Multitasking.
  12. Persistence and patience.
  13. Strong work ethic.
  14. Unrelenting motivation and initiative.
  15. Passion for game art.
  16. Willing to work extended hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.
  17. 3+ years of work experience in QA.
PLUSES
  1. Good leadership.
  2. Game QA experience.
  3. Knowledge of all we.R.play games.
  4. Bachelor's Degree in CS.
  5. X-code usage experience.
  6. Android / iOS device usage experience.
  7. Arabic fluency.
