Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with proven experience in generating and closing leads through LinkedIn, Turing, and other remote job platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach to digital sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Turing, Upwork, Clutch, and others.
- Proactively bid on relevant projects and craft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Drive the full sales cycle: lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain consistent outreach to prospects, nurturing relationships for long-term business.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand offerings and shape effective sales pitches.
- Keep up with industry trends and adapt outreach strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Atleast 2 years of experience in IT sales/business development for software services.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation and bidding on LinkedIn and online remote platforms (Turing, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals.
- Ability to work independently, manage pipelines, and hit targets.
- Understanding of software development processes and technologies is a plus.
