Job Title: Human Resource Executive

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation. The Human Resource Executive will work closely with management to ensure the smooth running of HR operations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support management in executing HR functions and initiatives.
  2. Develop effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with management.
  3. Assist in recruitment processes: posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, reference checks, and extending job offers.
  4. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and updates.
  5. Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  6. Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
  7. Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  8. Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or policies.
  9. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  10. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  11. Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
  12. Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR functions.
  3. Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and within a team.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
