Job Overview

As an admission manager, you will be responsible for attending to students' calls and inquiries, guiding them through the University/College admission procedure, and completing their documents to the final stage. This involves convincing students to gain admission to fully funded courses by using sales and marketing techniques. You must have a good command of the English language as all our students are based in the UK.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to all student inquiries about courses.
  2. Brief them about the benefits of getting admission in the course.
  3. Convince them to gain admission to Government-funded courses.
  4. Complete their admission form.
  5. Help students arrange supporting documents like CVs and personal statements.
  6. Assist them in preparing for College admission interviews and English tests.
  7. Apply for student finance and UCAS forms.
  8. Update students about their induction and classes.
  9. Maintain all student records.

Skills Required for the Role:

  1. Ability to multi-task
  2. Sales and Negotiating Skills
  3. IT Literate
