What We're Looking For

We are seeking either a co-founder with equity ownership or an experienced Project Manager with basic knowledge of eCommerce management, marketplaces, AI, and marketing solutions.

Role of Candidate

The candidate will focus on task management, collaborating with various roles, hiring freelancers, assigning tasks, and ensuring quality. They will provide feedback and translate strategy into actionable steps. An experienced candidate may also be hands-on in specific responsibilities or collaborate with specialists.

Work Model

Fully remote with flexible working hours.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic solutions and scale the project through business/data analysis.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and debug builds.
  • Test functionality for users and backend, ensuring smooth API integrations.
  • Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers.
  • Manage Microsoft Azure Cloud services.
  • Research, compare, and select tools for automation, data integration with marketplaces, AI marketing solutions, payment gateways, data mapping, AI categorization (PIM tools), and category structure.

Optional Responsibilities

  • Assist in platform development and technical decision-making.
  • Implement new features and optimize existing ones based on user feedback.

Basic Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Product marketing management experience, preferably in the marketplace goods industry.
  • Knowledge of AI, marketing solutions, and automation tools.
