We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team at Sevenstar Marketing. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships, we want to hear from you. Experience in real estate is a strong advantage and will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable property solutions
  2. Maintain and expand client database
  3. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with current real estate trends
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads through social media and other platforms
  5. Participate in property visits, meetings, and deal negotiations
  6. Meet monthly sales targets
Requirements:
  1. Proven communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
  3. Preferably proficient in social media platforms for lead generation and promotion
  4. Prior sales experience is required
  5. Real estate experience will be a plus point
