Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Associate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our software products. You will be responsible for understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our software products.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and preferences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Design and develop user interface elements such as menus, tabs, forms, and widgets.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence in design across all products and platforms.
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
