Role Overview

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team during the night shift at our Karāchi office. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing and skilled in social media optimization (SMO). If you're creative, analytical, and eager to connect with audiences while boosting our brand presence, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies tailored to our goals and audience.
  • Optimize social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Create platform-specific, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes and use organic tactics to drive growth.
  • Analyze and interpret social media metrics to assess performance and improve campaigns.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in Social Media Optimization (SMO) and content strategy development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for social platforms.
  • Ability to analyze social media trends and metrics for data-driven decision-making.
  • A creative mindset with a knack for strategic thinking and innovation.
  • Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Amazon KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) expertise is a plus.
  • Prior experience in book marketing will give candidates an edge.
