Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Head of AI & Innovation to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions that power our media automation and digital monetisation services. This is a key leadership role responsible for translating business challenges into intelligent systems that drive value, efficiency, and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Define and lead the company's AI and innovation roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Identify emerging technologies and trends relevant to digital content, media, and monetisation.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into scalable AI products.
    • AI Development & Deployment:
    • Lead development of AI/ML models for content tagging, rights management, performance prediction, and content scheduling.
    • Oversee implementation of automation tools for YouTube/Facebook content publishing and analytics.
      • Innovation Management:
      • Build and lead a small R&D team to test, validate, and roll out innovative tools and internal platforms.
      • Foster a culture of experimentation and agility in developing proprietary tech solutions.
        • Partnerships & Integrations:
        • Evaluate third-party AI platforms for integration where appropriate.
        • Collaborate with platform APIs (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to maximize automation and insights.
          • Governance & Ethics:
          • Establish internal policies for responsible and compliant use of AI in line with industry best practices.
          • Ensure all AI initiatives respect IP rights, user data privacy, and platform policies.
          Required Skills & Qualifications:
          • Proven experience (5+ years) in AI/ML leadership roles, ideally within media, adtech, or platform-focused environments.
          • Strong foundation in machine learning, natural language processing, and/or computer vision.
          • Hands-on experience with tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, or similar.
          • Familiarity with Meta and YouTube monetization ecosystems is a strong plus.
          • Demonstrated success in leading tech teams and launching AI-driven products or services.
          • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
