We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and US/Canadian customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  2. Manage social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  3. Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for optimization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align content with broader campaigns.
  5. Stay updated on emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
  3. Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills.
  4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
  1. Experience with paid social media campaigns and influencer marketing.
  2. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  3. Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
