INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Back End Lead to join our dynamic Industrial Intelligence team. This role is pivotal in delivering Field Operations Management, Asset Management, and AI-based solutions across industries such as Energy & Utilities, FMCG, and Paper & Pulp. To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:

• Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable backend systems using NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Docker as core technologies.
• Lead the end-to-end development of a dynamic and modular product, enabling the creation of customizable resource types and advanced risk/vulnerability assessment functionalities.
• Design and develop key features that allow users to define, customize, and manage security standards and Statements of Applicability (SOAs), enabling compliance tracking and governance for digital assets.
• Work closely with product managers, front-end engineers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver features that elevate product quality and enhance user satisfaction.
• Enforce clean architecture, code review standards, unit/integration testing, and continuous integration pipelines to ensure maintainability and performance.
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Contribute to infrastructure automation and container orchestration (Docker), ensuring seamless deployment and scalability in production environments.

Requirements

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 – 8 years of experience in backend development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
• Deep hands-on expertise with NestJS, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and Docker.
• Familiarity with and full-stack collaboration.
• Solid understanding of security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOA management) and vulnerability management frameworks is a plus.
• Experience in designing APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL) and microservices architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
