Sales Representative

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time | Contract (12 months)

Salary: PKR 25,000 – 40,000 per month (plus incentives)

About the Role:

Dankash is looking for a dedicated Sales Representative to join our dynamic office team. This role is focused on nurturing customer relationships—no lead generation required. If you're passionate about customer engagement, sales excellence, and delivering top-notch service, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer needs, clarify information, and offer effective solutions.
  • Manage inbound calls, respond to queries on official social media platforms, and utilize Salesforce for sales processes.
  • Follow communication scripts and best practices for customer engagement.
  • Suggest appropriate products or services based on customer needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets within set timelines.
  • Schedule in-person meetings between clients and career advisors.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a sales or customer service role (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in both Urdu and English.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in handling phone communications and active listening.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and a desire for professional growth.
