Our mission is to bring the latest in 3D printing technology to hobbyists, professionals, and industries through an intuitive online experience, backed by expert support and fast delivery.
Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to grow our customer base, drive online sales, and elevate our brand visibility in the 3D printing market. This role combines strategic marketing, digital campaign management, customer engagement, and B2B/B2C sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue B2B and B2C sales opportunities for 3D printers and related products.
- Manage and grow client accounts, providing pre- and post-sales support.
- Respond to inbound leads and convert them into sales through effective product presentation.
- Track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and customer feedback.
- Support pricing strategies, product bundling, and promotional activities.
Marketing:
- Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, Google Ads).
- Create and manage content across platforms (blogs, newsletters, product pages, and social media).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate on product launches and promotional campaigns with the e-commerce and operations team.
- Build partnerships with influencers, resellers, or content creators in the 3D printing space.
- Collaborate with lead generation teams to identify and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, and analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or e-commerce—preferably in tech, electronics, or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge or interest in 3D printing technology is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote or hybrid team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and marketing tools.
