TEKNOFLAIR is looking for an energetic individual who has experience in WordPress Back-End development, can work independently, and has the ability to handle multiple projects. The selected person will be responsible for the project completely, making decisions regarding the workflow and structure, and communicating directly with the client to meet requirements and set goals. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to be more than just a web developer who follows project managers and does what they are asked. This job will seriously help in grooming your project management skills and take your abilities to the next level.

PLEASE NOTE: This job is not for junior or less experienced developers, so please do not apply if you have less experience or do not match the requirements. WordPress and back-end development experience is a must.

Job Specification

Job Requirements:

  • 3-4 years+ experience in WordPress Back-End development.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks (especially WordPress, Laravel).
  • Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
  • Experience in building websites from scratch and adding functionality to existing WordPress sites.
  • Ability to research and find solutions to complex user requirements.
  • Provide high-quality code within given timelines.
  • Responsible for maintaining and managing client websites.
  • Create custom themes/plugins in WordPress and customize themes/plugins where needed.
  • Optimize client websites for speed and security.
  • Manage Linux servers on AWS/Google Cloud and set up client websites for testing/production environments.
