This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative, located in Bahawalpur. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support, and presenting product and service information. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of all interactions and sales activities, and participating in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

  • Exceptional Communication skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Sales skills and experience
  • Ability to participate in and benefit from Training sessions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in the Call center industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
