We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Sales Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in freight sales, logistics, or transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage new shipping clients and carrier partners
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent outreach
  • Generate leads via cold calls, emails, and referrals
  • Negotiate freight rates and close deals with shippers
  • Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure service success
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM or tracking systems
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience (logistics, freight, or trucking industry preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience a plus
