Minimum Qualifications:

Masters or Bachelors from a Reputable Institution.

As a Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in the customer service and virtual assistant industry in the US.

PLEASE NOTE:

The training period is unpaid and will last for about a month, after which you will be expected to start with a client based in the US. At that point, your position will change to Executive Assistant, and you will start to receive the salary as advertised. This is a 100% remote position, so only apply if you have a working PC and a good internet connection with a backup.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage actively in our structured training program to develop a solid understanding of the industry and the specific duties related to your role.
  2. Undertake assigned tasks and projects under the guidance of experienced team members.
  3. Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and applying new concepts.
  4. Work closely with team members to contribute to the achievement of team goals.
  5. Participate in team meetings, providing insights and ideas for continuous improvement.
  6. Take advantage of opportunities for ongoing learning and skill development.
  7. Seek feedback and incorporate it to enhance performance and professional growth.
