The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team player. You will be a senior system/business analyst responsible for the analysis of new software products and enhancements to existing products.

Responsibilities:

  • Review functional and design specifications to ensure a full understanding of individual deliverables
  • Monitors current procedures and practices for accomplishing group objectives and may make recommendations for improved procedures and practices
  • Communicate with customers to analyze and document business requirements
  • Discuss and research business models for optimized solutions for new features and enhancements
  • Document the functional requirements and business objectives that correspond to the architecture, design, and user interface
  • Participate in design and specification review meetings to ensure all the functional and usability requirements are implemented
  • Facilitate meetings with the team to share the process and progress of items
  • Maintains project and client-specific matrix documents
  • Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
  • Prepares and may present results of the analysis to management/team and works with the team to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements such as capacity planning, volume forecasting, and unit costing
  • Demonstrate good listening and writing skills to comprehend detailed and in-depth analysis
  • Creates audit checklists and processes for all functions

Technical skills:

  • Preferably, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent of the degree in appropriate education
  • Experience in requirement gathering and preparing analysis is a must
  • Experience in managing task boards, conducting scrums, demos, sprint planning, and requirement grooming session
  • Experience in ADO
  • Should have good enough knowledge of SQL Server to analyze the data flow of the applications

Management / Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with the US team
  • Team management and strong leadership skills
  • Good analytic and decision-making skills

Job Timings:

  • 03:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Monday through Friday)
